NT EQUINE - TERMS OF SALE

RESERVE / DEPOSIT

A 10% deposit subject to vetting or collection. This is refundable only if the horse fails a veterinary inspection. A deposit is valid for one week only, which should allow enough time to book and carry out a vetting. After a successful vetting purchasers have 7 days in which to collect their new horses, after which time full livery charges will be incurred at a cost of £180 per week.

RETURNS

We offer a seven day money back guarantee, unfortunately due to so many time wasters, we have now had to impose a 10% returns fee which would be deducted from the sales price if the horse/pony is returned. The Horse must be returned in the same condition it left the yard to receive your money back. We reserve the right to have our vet inspect the horse on its return to ensure this.

Withstanding all this our aim is to match horse and rider together and we hope for a happy partnership for many years to come!
